1. Download psiphon handler version 88 for android Works better than 100

2.Just activate the MTN NG as your default APN settings or navigate to your phone settings and click on mobile network>>access point names>>create new apn and configure with the below settings

Apn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Proxy:127.0.0.1
Port:8080

Rather Tick/Check "Use System Network"

Leave others and back to the handler home it will start to connect automatically
